Easter and Two Birthdays

Since I had my surgery a few days before Easter and Carson and Avery's Birthday, neither was all that organized. It all turned out just fine though. You can see in the pictures below the kids dying Easter eggs with the Johnson's who are friends of ours. It was great because they all got to play and have fun dying the eggs together. Thank you Johnson's for all the help :) Easter went really well mainly due to Jason playing the Easter bunny and getting it all together since I still couldn't move my hand at all. We topped Easter Sunday off with a delicious brisket Jason made along with homemade mash potatoes and gravy. It is simply amazing!!

The kids birthdays were pretty simple. Avery got a pink cake. I know you"re shocked! Also Grandpa Vincent sent Avery and the boys some home made wooden toys. Avery put the cute pig pen and chicken coop together after opening it. You can see the wooden tree and the farmer and his wife in the picture. I love it so much! Carson and Chase got these awesome trucks with their names spelled in the middle. Its like a puzzle trying to spell there name and connect all the pieces. Thanks so much grandpa Vincent :)

On Carson's Birthday we had his good friend Conner Smith over. They played Wii most the time and we did a cake and gifts. It was really a relaxing day for all of us. Easter and the kids Birthdays all came together even with out me fully involved. Happy Birthday to my two kiddos in April :)
