Once again I attempted to bake. I know, I know how can you mess up cupcakes? Well once again I seemed to still not get it right. Although they are all edible and taste okay. I only have one cupcake pan so I had to cook one batch and then do the final batch. Well the first batch was cooked pretty darn close to perfect. The second batch was almost to the point of starting to burn. They taste very dry and luckily I got them out when I did.
My husband reminds me that I really need to use the timer! I did on the first batch but I easily get distracted and forgot on the second batch as you can see. Maybe one day I will have a baked good come out perfect! Until then I will keep trying :)
